              REGISTRATION TIMES AND DATES FOR OUR 2025 SOCCER SEASON

SATURDAY April 5th      9 to noon  at the Malllorytown Fire Hall 

SATURDAY April 12th     9 to noon   at the Mallorytown Fire Hall 

 SATURDAY April 19th from 8am to 11am  at the Mallorytown Fire Hall      Come and enjoy the Pancake Breakfast provided by the  FOYFD Ladies Auxiliary.

NOTE:  Registration Form, Waiver Form, Photo Release Form and Concussion Protocol Form ALL MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED by Parent/Guardian.  

                                        There will be a $20 charge for any late registrations

                                                                           **$65.00 per child**  

2025 Soccer Season begins after the long weekend in May and runs weekly.

   SAVE THE DATE    WORLD CUP PARADE FRIDAY AUGUST 8TH AND CHAMPIONSHIP PLAYOFFS AND BBQ SATURDAY AUGUST 9TH . RAIN DATE SUNDAY AUGUST 10TH.

If unable to attend registration dates, please print registration, waiver and photo release forms, fill out entirely and mail with payment, cheques made payable to “Front of Yonge Minor Soccer” and mail to address stated below.
